The home, which is currently under contract, features Joanna’s signature modern-farmhouse aesthetic. It has French oak wood floors and white tiles throughout, as well as a light neutral color palette and stainless-steel appliances. There’s also a big outdoor patio overlooking a grassy backyard and a two-car garage.
