The entire process left Victoria questioning her body, an uncomfortable feeling for someone who launched her careerthrough her weight loss journey.“In these past 6 months, so many thoughts have gone through my head. ‘Is it my workouts? Am I working out too much?’ ‘Is it what I’m eating? Am I eating too little or the wrong macros?’ ‘Am I too stressed? Should I take a step back from everything?’ ‘Is there something medically wrong with me?’…. I could go on and on,” she said.Victoria said that the weight gain was somewhat intentional.“While the answer to those questions is a big ‘nope,’ I did scale back on my workouts. I did start increasing my calories,” she said. “Because WHY. NOT. What IF that’s what did it? The few extra pounds on my body would be worth it, and then some! Or maybe it’s not the extra pounds itself, but it’s the act of going easy on myself, giving myself a break…”But Victoria admitted that it’s been tough tomentally accept the extra pounds.“I’m not going to lie and say it’s been easy to ‘just gain a few pounds’ when I know how many people are watching,” she said. “Even though I know you girls are THE most supportive and understanding community of women out there, there are still a lot of people who are not. This hasn’t affected what choices I make, but it’s definitely resulted in a good amount of anxiety thinking about it.”RELATED VIDEO: Instagram Stars Share the Truth About the Photos You See on Social MediaVictoria vowed to continue sharing her “fertility journey” with her followers, “just like I did when I first started my fitness journey,” she said.Victoria first opened up about her infertility struggle in a YouTube video in February, where she tearfully talked about her “really hard 2018.”“I never thought in a million years I would be here,” she said. “I am one of seven children.
