These giantZubrvessels are purportedly the large in their class ( which consists of the world ’s largest hovercrafts ) and — when to the full load — can carry army tank as well as up to 400 scout troop . So what was it doing landing place on a beach full of people ? Well , uh , no one whole seems to get laid . According toa Russian defense minister spokesman :

So if this beach in Mechnikovo is , in fact , off - limits , it seems a raft of people have somehow been grossly misinformed for at least long enough to allow 100 if not thousand of citizens to constellate to its jumbo - ground-effect machine - lined shores .
