Kris Jennerwas spotted in Rhode Island ahead of her friendJennifer Lawrence‘s wedding this weekend, PEOPLE confirms.
The reality star, 63, wore all black as she came bearing gifts for what was sure to be intended for the Oscar winner’s nuptials to art gallery director Cooke Maroney.
A source tells PEOPLE Jenner headed to Lawrence’s rehearsal dinner after she arrived in Rhode Island. A different source tells PEOPLE other guests to arrive were Adele, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden.

They may be the first A-list guests to arrive as Lawrence has made a slew of famous friends over the years includingBradley Cooper, Emma Stone and Amy Schumer to name a few.
Lawrence and Maroney were alsospotted arrivingin Rhode Island on Friday.
The pair are set to tie the knot on Saturday at the luxurious Belcourt at Newport in Newport, Rhode Island, PEOPLE has confirmed.
It is currently home to Carolyn Rafaelian, CEO of Alex and Ani, who took on restoring the property in 2012, according toForbes.
Maroney and Lawrencegot engaged in Februaryand have kept their relationship low-key, although that hasn’t stopped the two fromenjoying romantic eveningsout and about in New York City.
The actress raved about her soon-to-be husband in June, calling him “the greatest human being I’ve ever met.”
“He really is, and he gets better,” Lawrence said while on Catt Sadler’s podcastNaked with Catt Sadler.
As for how she knew she wanted to marry him, the actress said, “I don’t know, I started with the basics. How do I feel? Is he nice? Is he kind? It’s just — this is the one, I know that sounds really stupid but he’s just, he’s — you know. He’s the greatest person I’ve ever met, so I feel very honored to become a Maroney.”
