Joan Collins' N.Y.C. “pied-à-terre” is on the market.
TheDynastyalum, 87, is selling her non-primary residence, a condo on the Upper West Side of Manhattan for $2.095 million, listed with Brown Harris Stevens.
The spread, in a 1957 building, features two primary suites and a third guest bedroom. But it was another luxurious feature that caught the actress’s eye: “One of Joan’s favorite things about the condo is its 16 closets” according totoptenrealestatedeals.com.
In avideo tour, the space is described as “a combination of three units in a white glove co-op only a few blocks to Central Park, fine dining and shops.”

Most of the real estate photos have been “virtually staged” with furniture, but the kitchen and baths appear in their unedited state and share a common feature: mirror-lined walls.
The galley-style kitchen’s backsplash is reflective, while two full baths have mirrors all around the perimeter.

Collins and her fifth husband Percy Gibson, whom the British actress married in 2002, purchased the apartment that same year.
“Thoughthey put it on the market acouple of times, had offers and then took it off, for a while they thought they might get back to New York more often,” the listing says. “However since that has not come to pass, they have taken the plunge [to sell] for good this time.”
“[Joan] has been living in London but summers at her home in Saint-Tropez in the South of France and spends time on her yacht in the harbor below,” the listing notes.

The coincidental date wasn’t lost on the actress, who was made a Dame of the British Empire in 2015. “Thank you Mr.@rajgill2585and@dr_ammarahughesfor a painless and seamless procedure!“she posted on Instagramafter receiving the shot. “Same day as our Queen!#honoured#registernow.”
“I just really want to tell anybody who is worried about it, there is nothing to worry about,” Collins toldGood Morning Britainthe following Monday. “It was the easiest thing. Just like a little scratch and there was no pain at all. And I had no after-effects and I felt absolutely fine. I went home and I had a drink, even.”
“Do go. Please, go,” added the soap legend. “Honestly, I believe that the only way we’re going to get over this pandemicis for everybody to get vaccinatedas soon as they possibly can.”
